Content Restrictions

You agree NOT to use our services to create, upload, or generate content that:

• Illegal Content: Violates any applicable local, national, or international law
• Harmful Content: Promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, or harm to others
• Sexual & Adult Content (NSFW): Contains or attempts to generate pornography, nudity, sexually explicit material, adult content, or any NSFW (Not Safe For Work) imagery through prompts, uploaded images, or AI-generated outputs. Such content is strictly prohibited on our platform. Content depicting minors in any sexual or inappropriate context is strictly prohibited.
• Hateful Content: Promotes discrimination, hatred, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
• Intellectual Property Infringement: Infringes upon copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights of third parties
• Privacy Violations: Contains personal information of others without their consent, or creates realistic depictions of real individuals without authorization
• Fraudulent Content: Is intended to deceive, defraud, or mislead others
• Malicious Content: Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Spam or Abuse: Is designed to spam, harass, or abuse our systems or other users

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these restrictions and to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these Terms.

Your Content

AI-Generated Content

However, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of AI-generated content complies with all applicable laws and does not infringe on the rights of others.

Payment and Billing

Subscription Plans

If you purchase a subscription plan, you agree to the following:

• Recurring Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until you cancel.
• Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Monthly Credits: Subscription plans include a monthly credit allocation. These credits are granted at the start of each billing cycle and expire after 31 days. Unused subscription credits do not roll over to the next month.
• Price Changes: We may change prices and credit consumption rates at any time, including subscription fees, credit package pricing, and the credits required for models and features.

Credit Packages

Credit packages are one-time purchases for users who need additional credits.

Refund Policy

• All Sales Final: All sales are final. We do not provide refunds, except where required by applicable law.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card information.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Your use of our services poses a risk to us or other users
• We are required to do so by law

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• We shall not be liable for any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim

• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Any content you create, upload, or generate using our services

Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
